- Courier Transit Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Saturday) from the moment your parcel is handed over to the courier service.
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 2 to 10 business days nationwide, depending on destination city accessibility.

Domestic flat-rate shipping and threshold-based free delivery are applied at checkout:

- Official gazetted public holidays, religious events, or administrative regional closures.
- Adverse weather conditions, logistical hub disruptions, or remote geographic routes.
- Incomplete recipient address information or repeated unanswered courier contact attempts. Customers are advised to ensure accurate contact phone numbers and complete street addresses during checkout.
