Wrap & Snug
Cut a thin paper strip (about 1 cm wide) or piece of non-stretchy string. Wrap it around the base of the finger you plan to wear the ring on.
Mark the Overlap
Pull the paper snug (not too tight). Use a pen to mark the exact point where the paper meets the starting edge.
Measure in Millimeters
Lay the paper flat against a metric ruler. Measure the length from the start to your pen mark in millimeters ($mm$) to find your circumference.
