Order Confirmation and Processing:
At Luminellic, we strive to provide high-quality handmade jewelry and materials to our customers. When you place an order with us from Pakistan, please be aware of the following process:
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, it will be reviewed for confirmation. Please note that confirmation of your order will occur after payment has been received. If the order cannot be confirmed, we will refund the full amount to the original payment method. You will be notified of the order status and any refund via email.
- Processing Time: For confirmed orders, the processing time can take between 3 to 7 business days. This period allows us to prepare your order for shipping.
- Shipping and Delivery: After processing, your order will be shipped to our Luminellic office in Pakistan. The total transit time, including processing and shipping, is approximately 2 to 3 weeks, with a maximum timeframe of up to one month. Please note that weather conditions and other factors may affect shipping times.
- Final Dispatch: Once your order arrives at our office, we will conduct a thorough quality check. We do not dispatch directly to customer doorsteps due to security reasons. Instead, we dispatch the order from our office to the final destination. The delivery to your doorstep will take an additional 2 to 3 days after the final dispatch.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Pre-Confirmation Cancellations: You may cancel your order anytime before receiving the confirmation email, even if payment has been made. In such cases, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
- Post-Confirmation Cancellations: Once you receive the confirmation email, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
- Luminellic’s Right to Cancel: Luminellic reserves the right to cancel any order due to emergencies, delivery issues, or unforeseen delays. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and provide a full refund if the cancellation is necessary.
